In the unlikely event that you are not entirely satisfied with your purchase, you can simply return it to us within 7 days of despatch in its original, saleable condition with a note stating the reason for sending it back. A full refund will be given, on stock items. (please read further for information regarding Sale and Basic Range Pre Order items)
No refunds will be made if the items tags have been removed.
Postage is not refunded on any items returned which are deemed no fault of Millie Lou Boutique.

** ALL BASIC PRE ORDER RANGE WILL BE EXCHANGE OR CREDIT NOTE ONLY - A refund in full will only be made if the purchaser has notified the seller within 20 days of the order being made. Anytime after this the item will not be posted and a credit note or exchange is then issued at the customers request.
You will be responsible for the item until it reaches us, and we suggest you use a secure delivery method (which requires a signature upon delivery). The cost of returning any item is your responsibility. You will be refunded the full value of the item, less delivery charge.
Please ensure that your purchase does not come into contact with anything that may mark or damage it, such as drinks, food or cigarettes. We will not be able to refund any items where there is evidence that these instructions have not been followed.
All items in the SALE are EXCHANGE ONLY OR CREDIT NOTE will be issued if a return is made.
Please allow 10 working days from when the product has been received by us to process a refund. The time frame is dictated by your bank or card issuer and is outside of our control. Your refund will be credited to the same account or card with which you made your original purchase. If there is a problem with issuing a refund to your account or card, our customer service team will contact you.
